The next meeting of the Central Executive Committee of All India Inspectors’ Association, Chandigarh Circle scheduled to be fixed for 09.08.2012 at 12:00 PM, at JAMMU has been postponed and rescheduled on 13.08.2012. All the office bearers and unit representatives are requested to ensure their presence in the meeting.
Shri Malkiat Singh, Vice President ( North Zone) will join us as observer of AICEIA. The special invitees to the meeting include Shri Manoj Nayyar, Ex-President and Shri K. C. Shajgotra, Ex-General Secretary.
In the meanwhile, as recommended by Shri Subhash Bhashin, Vice President, J&K Branch , Shri Shivam Koul, Inspector, posted at Jammu, is hereby nominated as Joint Secretary, J& K Branch. The post of Joint Secretary had fallen vacant consequent upon the transfer of Shri Tarun Goel, Inspector out of J & K Commissionerate. The Circle President has been pleased to give his consent to this appointment by way of nomination, which is subject to approval of the Circle Executive Committee in its meet on 13.08.2012. Shri Shivam Koul, Joint Secretary is requested and authorized to function as Joint Secretary, J & K Branch with immediate effect.
Shri Subash Bhashin, Vice President Jammu & Kashmir is requested to please make necessary arrangements fort the meeting. The agenda for meeting remains same.
This circular is being issued with the prior approval of the President.
