To

                To
All the Vice Presidents and All the Members,
                       Team AICEIA, Circle Chandigarh,

Dear Vice Presidents and all the Members,

Please find enclose herewith a  Commissionerate wise list, showing therein the details of all the members as on 31/03/2012, who were members and that of the those members who are members of the Association but do not have the voting Rights as they are still not on subscribers Roll as on date. Therefore all the Vice Presidents, their joint Secretaries  and all  Members are requested to kindly pull up their socks and get every member of the association enrolled as subscribed members. In Chandigarh-II condition is very hopeless and pathetic as well. Dear members this attitude of ours is adversely affecting our activities at National Level and this is the only reason that Examiners and Preventive Officers are for ahead than we people in terms of promotion and in all other fields. Do you know that Appraisers are just 2-3%% of the Superintendents of Central Excise but at the time of promotion they take away 22% and 11% goes to Superintendents of Customs as per the Current Guidelines. Dear members it is we people who are responsible for this and now is the time that you should wake up or else the condition of stagnation will be worse than what it is today. If we accept the recruitment rules  as notified by the CBEC in the days to come one may have to wait even for one promotion in total service career. I request every one of you to kindly mobilize each officer to motivate other one to be a subscribed Member.
 Thanking You all.

Sincerely Yours
      Sd/

(RC Sharma)
President Team AICEIA, Chandigarh Circle.

You are also requested to kindly ask all the Vice Presidents that they must put in their best efforts now as major part of the exercise what was supposed to be done by them, has already been done by me. All the Vice Presidents, Joint Secretaries and Members are requested to kindly  place this information on all the Notice Boards wherever Possible.
