PAYMENT OF ARREARS ON ACCOUNT OF ADDITIONAL INCREMENT AS PER GOVT. INSTRUCTIONS.



IT HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF THE ASSOCIATION THAT THE ARREARS OF PAY ON ACCOUNT OF ONE ADDITIONAL INCREMENT TO THOSE OFFICERS, WHOSE INCREMENT FELL BETWEEN FEB TO JUNE HAVE NOT BEEN PAID IN SOME DIVISIONS, DESPITE THE FACT THAT MORE THAN SIX MONTHS HAVE ELAPSED AS  THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SAME WERE ISSUED IN MARCH, 2012.

THE VICE PRESIDENTS OF ALL THE COMMISSIONERATES ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY CHECK UP THE POSITION IN ALL THE DIVISIONS OF THEIR COMMISSIONERATES SO THAT THE MATTER MAY BE TAKEN UP WITH THE JURISDICTIONAL COMMISSIONER(S) FOR GETTING THE MATTER EXPEDITED SO THAT THE ARREARS ARE PAID BEFORE DIWALI AND THE OFFICERS DO NOT SUFFER ON ACCOUNT OF LOSS OF INTEREST AS THE AMOUNT OUGHT TO HAVE BEEN PAID IN APRIL 2012 ITSELF.

THE INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS ARE ALSO REQUESTED TO BRING SUCH CASES TO THE NOTICE OF THE PRESIDENT OR GENERAL SECRETARY TELEPHONICALLY DIRECTLY, IF SO DESIRED.
