CIRCULAR NO. 01/2013.
The next meeting of the
Central Executive Committee of All India Inspectors’ Association, Chandigarh Circle
is scheduled to be fixed for 06.03.2013
at 14.00 hours, at LUDHIANA.
All the office bearers and unit representatives
are requested to ensure their presence in the meeting.
Shri Kuldeep Singh, Vice
President, and Shri Prashant Joshi, Joint Secretary, Ludhiana,
are requested to please make
necessary arrangements for the meeting.
The major agenda for
discussion is proposed to be as follows : -
1.
The
future course of action required to be taken keeping in view the indifferent
and insensitive attitude of the CBEC/Govt. towards the issues relating to
stagnation/problems and agitation by Superintendents;
2.
Issues
relating to the general welfare of the cadre in particular and department in
general;
3.
Discussion
on the status and requirements of infrastructural facilities in the offices;
4.
Regarding
new membership drive and deduction of subscriptions as well as DDO
Certificates.
5.
Any
other point proposed by the members and approved by the Chair.
Since very crucial issues are going to be discussed and resolved in
this meeting, all the Office bearers including the Executive Members are
requested to please ensure their presence.
This circular is being issued with the prior approval of the President.

CIRCULAR NO. 02/2013.
A
general meeting of the All India Central Excise Inspectors Association,
Chandigarh-1 and Chandigarh-2 is scheduled to be held at Central Excise Zonal
office, at Chandigarh
on 05.03. 2013, during lunch hours.
The
meeting will be chaired by Shri Tilak Raj, Working President of Circle
Executive and co-chaired jointly by Vice Presidents, Chandigarh I and Chandigarh-II. Shri Munish Arya, Office Secretary and Shri
Rajinder Malhotra, Advisor to Circle body will be attending the meeting as
observers.
The
members are requested to kindly participate in the meeting and putforth their
view points/demands for the welfare of the cadre. The members are also
requested to kindly submit their points by 04.03.2012 to the Working
President/Vice Presidents/Joint Secretaries of their respective
Commissionerates. However, the other points may also be discussed in the
meeting with the permission of the Chair.
The
resolutions of the meeting will be immediately forwarded to the Circle Executive through the
General Secretary for discussions in the meeting of circle executive on
06.03.2013 at Ludhiana meet and further follow up with the respective
administrative authorities.
