Dear Secretary General Sir, With due regards Chandigarh Circle
would like to bring to your kind notice that in the past Chandigarh
Circle Body had filed an OA in CAT Chandigarh, against deputation of
Superintendents of CUstoms against the post of Superintendents of
Central Excise. The OA has been upheld by CAT and deputation allowed by
Administration in the case has been cancelled. THe Copy of the Order
shall be available with in week or so and the same shall be put on the
Chandigarh BLog. Therefore, if any of the Central Excise Zone if any
deputaiona has been allowed by Administraion against the Vacancy of
Superintendent of Central Excise to Superintendent of Customs or
appraiser, the concerned body may represent to the Administraion for
cancellation of Deputation. It is for information of every Comrade.
