Dear General Secretary , Vice Presidents and all other comrades, shortly we are going to enter next financial year and very sorry to tell that inspite of repeated request so for we have not been able to the subscription deducted for the current financial year. In this regard I am very sorry to say that each one us is not putting in his best and some of the office bearers are reluctant enough to spare their valuabe time for the welfare of the members. Even they feel shy in responding to various communications forwarded by me from time. Dear friends Associations activities are undertaken by an individual voluntarily and these are not forced on any body, rather I can say that when one takes up such activities voluntarily these must be like that of a hobby rather than a burden and cause of tension to any of the members and one should be able enough to spare at least one or two days in a month for this purpose. it should be the endeavour of every office bearer that he should keep his President and General Secretary busy throughout and they must reprimand President and General Secretay if they fail to respond to their call but here the things are otherway around, we always keep on reminding the office bearers from time to time to do many im portant things but there is hardly any response from any of the office bearers. I therefore request u all to kindly come forward and contribute as much as possible. If is for every body information that North Zone in General and Chandigarh Zone in particular are going to hold Central Executive Meeting of All India body in the month of July 2013 and for that matter we have to make it a grand success. So please now pull up your socks. However, if somebody is not willing to contribut or continue, he may inform well in time of inabilty and helpness as well.. I am enclosing herewith old attachments for everybody's reference to know the details of the membership and efforts required on their part can very well be imagined. Sh. Tilk Raj, Working President is requested to kindly get in touch with Sh. Rajinder Malhotra, and Sh. Rajesh Gupta VP CHD -I to see that subscription of Chandigarh _I and Chandigarh_ II is deducted during March itself.
